Rain washes away CM's claim that Delhi is like New York

So, on Independence Day, when she compared Delhi to New York and Singapore, little did she know what was coming her way, for the very next day, the rains washed away all her claims of having created a city that was at par with any of the leading metropolitan cities of the world.
Delhi received about 15.6 mm of rain between 8:30 am on Thursday and 8:30 am on Friday. The chaos caused by the rain--waterlogging, traffic jams--almost brough the city to a grinding halt.
Reports poured in from all over the city about traffic jams caused due to massive waterlogging.
Meanwhile, the Opposition, never one to give up a good chance to target the CM, had a field day rubbing the government and the CM's nose in the mud.
They said that Sheila appears to be living in an ivory tower and is completely cut-off from ground realities.
